BSI Targets Rp 1.2 Trillion Housing KUR Financing This Year
Jakarta. PT Bank Syariah Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, known as BSI, aims to disburse Housing People’s Credit (KUR Perumahan) under the Housing Program Credit (KPP) for Rp 1.2 trillion in 2026.
‘So if we look at the target for this year for BSI, for KUR KPP it is Rp 1.2 trillion,’ said Anggoro Eko Cahyo, President Director of BSI, when receiving a visit from Housing and Settlement Sector Minister (PKP) Maruarar Sirait at BSI’s Jakarta South office, on Thursday (21/05/2026).
In addition, BSI also targets disbursement of the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP) for 5,540 subsidised homes this year. Realisation of FLPP via BSI up to March 2026 has reached 1,250 homes. Anggoro said they would pursue the targets.
‘The spirit at BSI has always been to do the best,’ he added.
Anggoro explained that Housing KUR financing is intended to support needs of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), for home renovations, home purchases, or purchases of shop houses that can be used for business.
‘This is a facility for MSMEs, whether for home renovation, buying a home, or a shop house that can be used for business. That is why for us at BSI it is part of providing facilities to individual MSMEs,’ he said.
Meanwhile, Maruarar Sirait explained, from the supply side, financing can be utilised by contractors, developers, and hardware stores that meet MSME criteria. He said initial financing can reach Rp 5 billion and can be revolving up to Rp 20 billion. ‘Those meeting MSME criteria have capital up to Rp 10 billion, and turnover up to Rp 50 billion,’ he added.
As for the demand side, financing can reach Rp 500 million. For values below Rp 100 million, no collateral is required, with interest at 0.5 percent per month, or about 6 percent per year.
Maruarar noted that to date, KUR Perumahan disbursement has reached Rp 16 trillion. He said the scale of uptake indicates the programme has received a positive response from the public. He also cited data from BSI showing that financing under Rp 100 million is the most in demand.
‘And the most in demand, at BSI at least, if memory serves, is the Rp 100 million and under segment.’
Maruarar also cited KUR Perumahan disbursement in BSI’s Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) region. Supply side: developers Rp 70 billion, contractors Rp 19 billion, hardware stores Rp 26 billion. Demand side: financing worth Rp 200.7 billion. ‘These figures show demand far greater than supply. This is a great help to the people,’ he said.
