BSI Records Rp60 Trillion in Home Financing, First Homes Dominate
Jakarta — PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BRIS) or BSI has recorded positive growth in home financing, as purchasing power improves and national housing demand rises. The commitment to wholehearted service also guides the company’s expansion into the housing sector to help people own homes that fit their preferences and financial capabilities. By March 2026, BSI’s home financing portfolio reached around Rp60 trillion and became one of the main contributors to consumer financing growth. Of this amount, the consumer and gold segments were the largest contributors, with total financing reaching Rp184.27 trillion, up 17.59 percent year on year. The growth is also accompanied by steady financing quality, with the Non-Performing Financing (NPF) ratio for the consumer segment at a healthy level below 1.5 percent. This reflects the company’s prudent approach to asset quality while pursuing sustainable business expansion.
