BSI optimistic about reaching more customers through Danantara Housing Expo

PT Bank Syariah Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BSI) is optimistic about reaching more members of the public by providing a variety of housing options, from landed houses and apartments to other types of property, at the Danantara Housing Expo 2026.

BSI Deputy President Director Bob T Ananta said the company supports the growth of the housing industry in the country. BSI currently cooperates with more than 3,500 developer partners who can provide property to customers according to their means.

“Through the Danantara Housing Expo, we are optimistic that we can reach a wider range of customers and provide benefits through fixed instalments, attractive promotions and free appraisals,” Bob said in a statement in Jakarta on Thursday.

Bob also said the company is committed to continuing to support the growth of Indonesia’s housing industry while expanding public access to sharia-compliant housing financing.

In addition, to support quality financing growth, the company continues to prioritise prudential principles in every financing process. This is carried out through repayment capacity assessments, SLIK checks, the implementation of know your customer (KYC) processes, and ensuring that financing is used appropriately and on target.

The company said it is the only sharia bank participating in the Danantara Housing Expo 2026, which is being held on 27-30 August 2026 at NICE, Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) 2, Tangerang Regency, Banten. At the event, BSI is also presenting various offers for the public.

Amid economic conditions that still face fluctuations, the company noted that BSI Griya financing remains in demand among the public. According to the company, one of the advantages of BSI financing is a fixed instalment scheme for the entire financing period, making it easier for customers to manage cash flow and plan long-term finances.

As of June 2026, the company recorded that BSI Griya financing reached Rp61.22 trillion, with total sales of more than 20,000 housing units in a year.
