PT Bank Syariah Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BSI) is offering a home ownership financing (KPR) product with a margin starting from the equivalent of 2.75% at the Danantara Housing Expo 2026, scheduled to take place from 27 to 30 August 2026. BSI Retail Banking Director Kemas Erwan Husainy stated that the offer aims to provide an affordable, Sharia-compliant financing solution for home ownership. In addition to the margin programme, BSI is presenting a down payment scheme starting from 1%, monthly instalments from Rp1 million, and a financing tenor of up to 30 years. “The instalment scheme starting from Rp1 million and the long tenor of up to 30 years are specifically designed to make it easier for the millennial generation and young families to own a home immediately,” Kemas said. BSI also expressed support for the distribution of subsidised housing financing for low-income communities through the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP) programme. The programmes offered include a fixed margin of 5% until fully paid, affordable instalments, and exemption from value-added tax. “This step reinforces BSI’s role in the success of the inclusive national housing programme for all levels of society,” Kemas added. He further stated that BSI’s participation in the Danantara Housing Expo 2026 is a manifestation of the company’s support for the integrated national housing ecosystem. As a member of the State-Owned Banks Association (Himbara), BSI is ready to facilitate the financial needs of various community segments to own homes from the more than 200,000 units offered by state-owned and private developer partners at the exhibition.
