BSI International Expo 2025 Launched to Position Indonesia as Global Halal Ecosystem Leader
Jakarta, 26 June 2025. Minister of Investment and Downstreaming/Head of BKPM and CEO of BPI Danantara, Rosan Roeslani, together with the Chief Executive of Banking Supervision and Member of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority (OJK), Dian Ediana Rae, President Director of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BSI), Anggoro Eko Cahyo, and President Commissioner of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk, Muhadjir Effendy, attended the opening of the BSI International Expo 2025 at the Jakarta International Convention Center on Thursday (26/6/2025).
Carrying the theme "Engaging Indonesia in the Global Halal Industry", the event was organised in collaboration with Danantara Indonesia and BSI, with the aim of serving as a starting point towards positioning Indonesia as a leader in the global halal ecosystem.
The BSI International Expo 2025 featured 330 tenants, including SMEs fostered by BSI, to expand access to global markets.
