BSI (BRIS) Prepares 2,000 Auction Assets at Competitive Prices
PT Bank Syariah Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (BRIS), also known as BSI, has reintroduced the Simultaneous Grand Auction Programme (GREAT BSI) 2026, preparing approximately 2,000 auction frequencies with competitive pricing.
Carrying the theme “Golden Opportunity to Achieve Dream Assets,” the programme will run from 9 September to 12 December 2026.
SEVP of Retail & Consumer Risk at BSI, Firman Jatnika, stated that the GREAT BSI programme offers the public an opportunity to acquire various assets through a transparent auction process, supported by synergy with relevant government agencies.
“This programme provides an opportunity for the community to take advantage of the best moment to obtain the best assets,” Firman said in a statement on Monday (14/9/2026).
During the implementation of GREAT BSI 2026, live auctions will be held in several cities, including Banda Aceh, Jakarta, Bogor, Batam, Banten, Tangerang, Meulaboh, and Bandung. The programme is conducted in collaboration with the Directorate General of State Assets (DJKN) of the Ministry of Finance, as well as the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN). This ongoing synergy is intended to support the smooth running of the auction process while providing certainty and security to participants.
Firman explained that the assets offered in GREAT BSI 2026 are diverse, including residential houses, vacant land, shop-houses, apartments, and warehouses. BSI targets 2,000 auction frequencies. In its execution, BSI is involving asset marketing teams across Indonesia and coordinating with DJKN/KPKNL and ATR/BPN Land Offices in various regions.
Nationally, BSI’s financing performance has grown solidly and healthily. As of June 2026, the Non-Performing Financing (NPF) quality was recorded at 1.80%. The GREAT BSI programme serves as one of BSI’s strategic efforts in asset recovery and improving financing quality.
This year, BSI is also strengthening collaborations with property agents, private auction houses that are BSI partners, and property marketplaces such as Rumah123. Additionally, the bank is utilising various e-channels including the official website, BYOND by BSI, BSI ATMs, social media, online news outlets, and publication media across its branch network.
“Interested members of the public can follow three main steps. First, select the desired assets through BSI’s auction information channels. Second, contact the BSI asset management officers via the contact numbers listed in the asset information. Third, participate in the auction process for BSI collateral through the official DJKN/KPKNL auction mechanism. Finally, always check official information only through BSI and remain vigilant against individuals impersonating BSI,” said Firman.
Firman urged the public to be cautious of parties impersonating BSI and offering auction processes outside of official mechanisms. “BSI advises the public to ensure all information and auction processes are conducted through official BKS channels and the DJKN/KPKNL auction mechanism, and not to easily trust parties claiming to represent BSI.”
Through GREAT BSI 2026, BSI hopes that asset recovery will continue to increase while providing the public with access to necessary assets through a transparent, secure, and competitive process. The programme is also expected to strengthen the ongoing synergy between BSI, DJKN, and the Ministry of ATR/BPN, delivering a positive impact to the wider community.
