BSI (BRIS) AGM Schedule Changed, Management Replacement Agenda Included

PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk. (BRIS) has announced a change in the schedule for holding its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM), previously set for 17 April 2026, now moved to 5 May 2026. The AGM is planned to take place at 2:00 PM Western Indonesia Time in Central Jakarta, using the Electronic General Meeting System provided by PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) via the link https://akses.ksei.co.id/. Citing the disclosure of information from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), the AGM agenda will cover several items, ranging from the approval of financial reports, the use of net profit for the 2025 fiscal year, to changes in BRIS’s management. The Shareholders’ Meeting decision regarding the appointment and dismissal of the Company’s Board of Commissioners members will also determine the effective date of such appointment and dismissal. If the Shareholders’ Meeting does not specify, the appointment and dismissal of the Board of Commissioners members will take effect from the closing of the Shareholders’ Meeting. The Company’s Board of Commissioners members are appointed for a term starting from the date determined by the Shareholders’ Meeting that appoints them and ending at the closing of the fifth Annual Shareholders’ Meeting following the appointment date.
