BSA Logistics to Launch First IPO in 2026 with Share Price of Rp150-170

PT BSA Logistics Indonesia plans to carry out an Initial Public Offering (IPO) with an initial price of Rp150 to Rp170 per share, as reported by Antara. This corporate action marks the first IPO on the Indonesian capital market in 2026. In this offering, the company is offering 1.8 billion shares, equivalent to 20.75% of the placed and paid-up capital after the IPO. Thus, the company has the potential to raise funds of up to Rp306 billion, quoted from the company’s information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), Jakarta, on Wednesday. The book building period will run from 25-27 March 2026, followed by the public offering period on 1-8 April 2026, and the allotment period on 8 April 2026. The listing of shares on the BEI with the stock code WBSA is scheduled for 10 April 2026. The funds obtained from the IPO, after deducting issuance costs, will be used for approximately Rp215 billion to acquire 191,250 shares of PT Bermuda Inovasi Logistik, representing 99.99% of the fully placed and paid-up capital of BIL from PT Bermuda Nusantara Logistik (BNL). The remaining funds will be used as working capital, including supporting daily operational activities, maintaining business liquidity, and strengthening multimodal logistics service capacity. In this IPO, PT OCBC Sekuritas Indonesia and PT Semesta Indovest Sekuritas are acting as underwriters for the implementation of the securities issuance. Other securities issuance underwriters will be determined later. Prior to the IPO, the ownership structure of PT BSA Logistics Indonesia is 99.69% owned by Tiga Beruang Kalifornia Pte. Ltd (TBK) and 0.31% by PT Permata Gandaria Indah (PGI). After the IPO, ownership will change to 79.01% by TBK, 0.24% by PGI, and 20.75% by the public.
