RP recaptures fellow prison escapee of Al-Ghozi: The Philippine
military said it captured a suspected Moro rebel on Wednesday who
escaped with Indonesian terror suspect Fathur Rohman Al-Ghozi
from Manila police headquarters in July. The military said there
was no sign of Al-Ghozi. Troops arrested the suspect, Omar Opik
Lasal, and another man who was traveling with him, at a
checkpoint in Dumalinao town in Zamboanga del Sur in the southern
Philippines, following a tip from government informers, said army
Col. Roland Rodriguez, commander of a task force searching for
Al-Ghozi. "We will get Al-Ghozi sooner or later," he said. -- AP

Car bomb kills six in Colombia capital: At least six people were
killed and 12 injured when a car bomb exploded in a grimy
commercial district of Colombia's capital Bogota on Wednesday,
police said. Two police officers were killed after arriving in
the San Andresito district of Bogota to investigate a telephone
call about a suspicious vehicle. About 110 lbs (50 kg) of
explosives packed in an old Jeep detonated just as they arrived
on a motorbike at about 8 a.m. (8:00 p.m. In Jakarta), also
killing four civilians, police said. No group immediately claimed
