Brother of Tulungagung Regent, Also a DPRD Member, Caught in KPK Sting Operation

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The brother of Tulungagung Regent Gatut Sunu Wibowo, Jatmiko Dwijo Saputro, was also caught in the hand-catch operation (OTT) conducted by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) on Friday (10/4/2026). “It is true (Jatmiko was caught in the OTT),” said KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo in his statement on Saturday (11/4/2026). Meanwhile, Gatut had already arrived in Jakarta around 06:50 WIB. The KPK has not yet explained Jatmiko’s role in the case being investigated. It is known that he serves as a member of the Tulungagung DPRD. Previously, the KPK secured 18 people in the OTT carried out on Friday (10/4/2026). In this OTT, the KPK also seized cash. To date, the KPK has not revealed more complete identities of the people arrested along with Gatut.
