Brother of Governor and Uncle of Vice Governor Pass Administrative Selection for 13 Echelon II Positions
The Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) has announced the results of the administrative selection stage in the Open Selection for Filling High-Ranking Pratama or Echelon II positions for 2026. The brother of the Governor of NTB, Lalu Muhamad Iqbal, Baiq Nelly Kusumawati, has passed the administrative stage.
According to announcement number 800.1.2.3/671/BKD/2026, issued on Monday, February 23, 2026, the name of the Staff Expert of the Bima Regency, Afifuddin, also passed the administrative stage. Afifuddin is the uncle of the Vice Governor of NTB, Indah Dhamayanti Putri.
The Governor of NTB’s sister apparently aims for the position of Deputy Director of Planning and Finance at the NTB Provincial General Hospital. Currently, Baiq Nelly serves as Assistant III of the City Secretary of Mataram.
Previously, Nelly registered for the selection for the position of inspector in a recent reshuffle. She achieved the highest score. However, she was not appointed due to her family relationship with the Governor of NTB.
Meanwhile, Afifuddin aims for the position of Deputy Director of General Affairs and Operations at the NTB Provincial General Hospital. In addition, there is the name of the biological child of the former Regent of East Lombok, Ali Bin Dachlan, Asrul Sani, who aims for the position of Director of the NTB Provincial General Hospital.
The Chairman of the Selection Committee I, Prof. Riduan Mas’ud, said that all positions being contested have met the minimum requirement of four applicants. Therefore, there will be no extension of the application period for prospective applicants.
“The official registration was closed on Thursday, February 19, 2026. Because it has met the minimum requirement of applicants in the selection, there will be no extension of the registration period,” he said in an interview on Tuesday (February 24, 2026).
Riduan explained that since the registration was opened on February 5, there were a total of 119 submissions or applications. However, because some participants registered for two positions, the actual number of participants is 102.
“Of the 119 submissions, 85 people registered for one position and 17 people registered for two positions. So the total number of participants is 102,” he explained.
Based on the origin of the institution, the participants are dominated by officials from the NTB Provincial Government, as many as 83 people. In addition, there are 28 officials from districts/cities throughout NTB, 6 officials from ministries/agencies serving in NTB, and 2 officials from ministries/agencies serving in the center.
“Of the 102 participants, there are 22 female participants and 80 male participants,” said Riduan.
Names of Participants Who Passed
In the announcement letter received, the following are the complete names of the participants who passed the administrative selection, for the 13 Echelon II positions of the NTB Provincial Government that are currently being contested.
The position of Head of the Agriculture and Food Security Office, eight names were declared to have passed the administrative selection, namely Ahmad Fathoni, Lalu Mirza Amir Hamzah Bapuangan, Mahjulan, Muhammad Yasin, Sudirman, Sugiarta, Taufik, and Yuni Kurniati Maesarah.
For the position of Head of the Education, Youth and Sports Office, the participants who passed are Dedy Rosadi, Eva Sofia Sari, Hasni, and Syamsul Hadi.
In the formation of the Head of the Public Works, Spatial Planning and Settlement Office, there are four candidates, namely Agus Hidayatulloh, Ilham Ardiansyah, Lalu Kusuma Wijaya, and Muhammad Abduh.
Meanwhile, for the position of Head of the Industry and Trade Office, 14 names were recorded as passing, including Agus Hidayatulloh, Ardhan Ryswari, Aryanti Dwiyani, Bowo Susatyo, Dadang Erawan, Dewi Ritawati, I Wayan Sunanta, Iwan Setiawan, Lalu Majemuk, Lalu Wiranata, Muhammad Fauzan, Najib, Nina Triana, and Syamsul Irawan.
For the position of Head of the Culture Office, eleven names were declared to meet the administrative requirements, namely Ahmad Masfu, Chandra Aprinova, Eva Sofia Sari, Hairuddin, I Made Gede Yasa, Khalik Saifullah, Lalu Achmad Sukarman, Lalu Fatanah, Muhamad Ihwan, Mulki, and Nuriadi.
Meanwhile, for the position of Head of the Environment and Forestry Office, the participants who passed include Ahmad Fathoni, Burhan, Dadan Kuswardhana, Didik Mahmud Gunawan Hadi, Karim Marasabessy, Mulki, Samsyiah Samad, Sudirman, Supardiono, and Tunggul Wiyatno.
Competition is also seen in the position of Director of the NTB Provincial General Hospital. Five doctors were declared to have passed the administrative selection, namely drg. Asrul Sani, dr. Emirald Isfihan, Dr. Firman, dr. Rudi Febrianto, dr. Suriyadi, dr. Wahyu Nur Chalamsyah Setiawan, and dr. Wiwik Nurlaela.
For the position of Deputy Director of General Affairs and Operations of the NTB Provincial General Hospital, six names were declared to have passed, namely Abdullah, Afifuddin, Edi Ramlan, Erick Widodo, Himmiatul Amanah, and Srianingsih.
Meanwhile, for the position of Deputy Director of Planning and Finance of the NTB Provincial General Hospital, ten names passed the administrative selection, including Abdullah, Afifuddin, Ardhan Ryswari, Baiq Nelly Kusumawati, Bowo Susatyo, Lalu Jamiri, Mohammad Akhwan, dr. Ng Phi Shi, Ni Luh Ester Yutiasih, and Ricka Maharani.
For the position of Deputy Director of Human Resources, Education, Training and Research of the NTB Provincial General Hospital, there are 17 names that passed, including Edi Ramlan, Firman, I Nengah Indrawijaya Negara, I Putu Artawan Prayoga, Irwan Jaya, dr. Laily Indrayanti Yusuf, Muhamad Erwan, Najib, Niken Arum Dati, Ni Luh Ester Yutiasih, Sobri, Syamsul Irawan, Syarif Hidayatullah, Tej Nafillah, Tuti Herawati, Wahyu Hidayat, dr. Wiwik Nurlaela, and Yahya Ulumuddin.
Meanwhile, for the Deputy Director of Services of the NTB Provincial General Hospital, six doctors are competing, namely dr. Adi Wira Perdhana, dr. Handomi, Lalu Jamiri, dr. Made Sopan Pradnya Nirartha, dr. Wahyu Wirawan Triyono, and dr. Wiwik Nurlaela.
In addition, the selection was also held for the position of Head of the Bureau of People’s Welfare of the NTB Secretariat with 12 participants who passed, including Ahmad Masfu, Amir, Chandra Aprinova, Khalik Saifullah, Lalu Abdurrahim, Lalu Majemuk, Masyhuri, Mohammad Akhwan, Muhammad Fauzan, M. Zuhudy Kadran, Syarif Hidayatullah, and Yuni Kurniati Maesarah.
Meanwhile, for the position of Head of the Bureau of General Affairs and Administrative Leadership of the NTB Secretariat, five names were declared to meet the administrative requirements, namely Charisma Putra, Dadang Fajar, I Made Gede Yasa, Wahyu Hidayat, and Yus Harudian Putra.
