TEMPO Interactive, Makassar:The United Kingdom is exploring the possibility of investing in the industry and trade sectors in South Sulawesi. Prior to that, two of Asia’s industrial countries, Singapore and South Korea, have declared their interest in investing in the province.

The Jakarta British Embassy’s Trade and Investment Director Deborah Clarke met the South Sulawesi Governor Syahrul Yasin Limpo yesterday to discuss about the various possibilities of investing in this region.

The governor expressed, during the meeting, about the industrial sectors in which the British investors can involve themselves in. Clarke, who was very interested in the offer, said that she will discuss about the opportunity with the British government and businessmen.
