PT Bank Syariah Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BRIS) will hold an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (EGM). The agenda has been communicated to shareholders through a disclosure filed with the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

According to the disclosure, the EGM is scheduled for Friday, 6 November 2026, at 10.00 WIB (Western Indonesian Time).

The meeting will be held electronically from Central Jakarta using KSEI’s Electronic General Meeting System (eASY.KSEI), provided by the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI). The company will limit the number of shareholders able to attend in person, taking into account room capacity, in accordance with Article 24(5) of the Financial Services Authority Regulation on electronic general meetings.

The meeting has one agenda item: approval of a plan to increase capital by granting Pre-emptive Rights II (PMHMETD II). The company said the plan aims to increase paid-up capital through the issuance of new shares.

The move is intended to strengthen the company’s capital and expand its financing capacity to support business growth. The company stressed that the plan can only proceed after receiving approval at the EGM.

Shareholders entitled to attend are those whose names are listed in the Shareholders Register and/or who hold securities account balances in KSEI’s Collective Custody as of Wednesday, 14 October 2026, at 16.15 WIB.
