Bripka Irfan, also known as Karol, a member of the Sentra Pelayanan Kepolisian Terpadu (SPKT) of the Bima Kota Police Resort, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), has been given a not-with-honour discharge (PTDH) or been dismissed from the Polri. Before Bripka Karol, former Kasatresnarkoba AKP Malaungi and former Kapolres Bima Kota AKBP Didik Putra Kuncoro had already been dismissed after being embroiled in a meth distribution case.

“Yes (Bripka IF alias K) was subjected to a not-with-honour discharge (PTDH),” said Kepala Seksi Profesi dan Pengamanan (Kasi Propam) Polres Bima Kota, AKP Imam Subandi, when contacted by detikBali.

Imam said the dismissal of Bripka Irfan was carried out in a police ethics hearing (KEPP) at Mapolres Bima Kota, on Wednesday (4/3/2026) afternoon. The hearing was chaired by the Wakapolres Bima Kota, Kompol Herman (Chairman of the Commission), the Head of Human Resources AKP Husnain (Vice Chairman of the Commission), and the Head of Operations Polres Bima Kota, Kompol Dedy Supriyadi (Commission Member).

“The KEPP hearing was held at Mapolres Bima Kota with seven of the nine witnesses proposed by the prosecution in attendance, including his wife Anita,” Imam explained.

The KEPP findings found Bripka Irfan guilty of committing a disgraceful act. He knowingly possessed, stored, and controlled meth at his home in BTN Sambinae, Mpunda District, Bima City.

“The conduct of Bripka IF and K does not reflect well on a member of the Polri. In addition, his actions have diminished the image, dignity, and honour of the Polri and violated the oath and pledge as a Polri member,” Imam said.

The KEPP hearing also revealed that Bripka Irfan has a record and history of having committed several violations during his time as a Polri member, such as disciplinary violations, professional ethics violations, and criminal violations. “There were four serious violations committed by Bripka IF alias K that led to the PTDH decision,” Imam said.

Imam added that Bripka Irfan attended the hearing from the NTB Polda Propam room via online means because he is still undergoing legal proceedings and is detained at NTB Polda in relation to his involvement in distributing meth with his wife Anita.

“Regarding the court ruling, Bripka IF alias K has filed an appeal themselves,” Imam said.
