BRImo Simplifies Customer Registration in 15 Countries, Making Account Opening More Flexible
PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, known as BRI, continues to strengthen its digital service transformation to provide easier banking access for the Indonesian public, including those living overseas. Through the BRImo super app, the registration process is now becoming easier, faster, and more flexible, as it can be performed anytime and anywhere.
Not only accessible within the country, BRImo registration is now available for Indonesians located abroad. This innovation is part of BRI’s commitment to providing inclusive digital financial services capable of reaching a wider range of customer needs.
With a practical registration process, prospective users only need to download the BRImo application and follow a few simple steps. Users can select the “Register Now” menu, enter their mobile number according to the country code and an active email for the OTP verification process, and then proceed with identity verification using an e-KTP and facial recognition as guided by the application.
Additionally, users can select the BRI branch office managing their account, create a username and password, and set a BRImo PIN for transaction security. Once the registration process is complete, BRImo can be used immediately to support various digital banking transaction needs.
BRI Corporate Secretary, Dhanny, stated that expanding BRImo registration services abroad is a strategic step for the company to broaden digital service access for Indonesians in various countries.
“BRI remains committed to providing digital services that are easy to access, secure, and relevant to the needs of the community. The presence of the BRImo registration feature from abroad is a manifestation of BRI’s digital transformation to provide ease of banking transactions for Indonesian customers wherever they are,” said Dhanny.
