BRI Wins Eight Awards at PRIMA Awards 2026 for Digital Payment Services
PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk won eight awards at the PRIMA Awards 2026, organised by Jaringan PRIMA in collaboration with Infobank Magazine at Mulia Resort Nusa Dua, Bali on 6 August 2026. The awards were given in appreciation of BRI’s performance in delivering electronic transaction services and payment systems.
The awards received by BRI covered various categories within the payment system ecosystem, namely Diamond Awards – Best Acquiring Bank All Features, Diamond Awards – Best Acquiring Bank ATM, Diamond Awards – Best Acquiring Digital Payment Channels, Diamond Awards – Best Issuing Bank All Features, Diamond Awards – Best Issuing Bank ATM, Diamond Awards – The Highest Transaction in Digital Channels, Diamond Awards – Best Issuing Digital Payment Channels, and Best Claim Rate QRIS.
BRI Director of Information Technology Saladin Dharma Nugraha Effendi said the achievement was recognition of BRI’s consistency in maintaining the quality of digital transaction services amid the rapid development of payment systems.
“This award is an appreciation of BRI’s commitment to delivering digital payment services that are secure, reliable, and easily accessible to the public. Going forward, we will continue to strengthen our technology infrastructure, develop service innovations, and expand the digital payment ecosystem to provide the best transaction experience for customers,” said Saladin.
As of the end of July 2026, BRI had a network of more than 621,000 e-channels, comprising over 9,000 ATMs, more than 330,000 EDC Merchant terminals, over 273,000 EDC BRILink units, more than 9,000 Cash Recycling Machines (CRM), and 54 e-Buzz units. The existence of this network is an important part of expanding public access to BRI transaction services across various regions of Indonesia.
“Ultimately, what matters most for BRI is not only delivering innovation, but ensuring that every service we provide truly offers convenience, comfort, and added value for customers. The trust that the public continues to place in us is our motivation to keep maintaining the quality of these services,” Saladin concluded.
