BRI Unveils New Qlola by BRI Interface, Strengthening Integrated Digital Solutions for Business Ecosystem
PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, or BRI, has officially introduced the latest interface for Qlola by BRI through a soft launch of Qlola New Skin on Thursday (20/8/2026). The update forms part of BRI’s commitment to delivering digital banking solutions that are increasingly relevant, integrated, and easy to use in order to support the transaction and operational needs of business customers.
The enhancement further strengthens Qlola by BRI’s role as an integrated digital banking platform that connects various financial transaction and business operational needs within a single ecosystem. Supported by web-based services and API integration, Qlola by BRI helps customers simplify financial processes, improve operational effectiveness, and manage business activities more efficiently.
BRI Director of Corporate Banking Riko Tasmaya said the interface update is not merely a visual refresh, but also strengthens the customer experience in accessing various banking solutions more intuitively and in an integrated manner.
“The launch of Qlola New Skin affirms BRI’s commitment to continue being a leading bank in providing innovative banking and digital transaction service solutions. We want to ensure that every development of Qlola by BRI is able to answer the increasingly dynamic needs of customers, while helping them manage transactions and business operations more simply, quickly, and efficiently,” said Riko.
The development of Qlola by BRI New Skin is based on three main pillars that form the foundation of the user experience update. First, Personalisation, which allows the display and access to transaction solutions to be tailored to the needs of each participant in the business ecosystem. Second, Connectivity, by providing more connected access between services and transactions on a single platform. Third, Seamless User Experience, through simplifying the display and usage flow so that transaction management and business operations can be carried out more easily and in an integrated manner.
Based on these three pillars, Qlola by BRI New Skin provides more intuitive access to various business financial management solutions. Customers can make real-time payments through Instant Payment Valuta Asing, while optimising fund usage and cash flow management through Efficient Fund Management.
Through the new interface, customers can access various Qlola by BRI capabilities more easily and in an integrated manner, ranging from Centralised Financial Visibility, Integrated Payment Management, Smart Payroll Management, and Seamless Payment Collections to Strategic Liquidity Management and Unified Platform for Distribution. These capabilities support companies in monitoring financial conditions, managing payments and collections, and optimising liquidity and distribution processes on a single platform.
The user experience enhancement through Qlola New Skin continues the strengthening of Qlola by BRI as one of the digital solutions for business customers. As of the first half of 2026, the number of active Qlola by BRI users has reached more than 99,000 users, growing 42.6% year-on-year (YoY).
In the same period, the growth in the user base was accompanied by increased transaction activity. Transaction volume through Qlola by BRI reached Rp8,799 trillion, an increase of 51% YoY. This performance also contributed to BRI’s third-party fund accumulation and fee-based income generated through Qlola by BRI.
“Going forward, BRI will continue to expand the platform’s capabilities, strengthen service integration, and deliver innovations that provide added value for every participant in the business ecosystem,” concluded Riko.
