BRI to Distribute Rp 209 Dividend, Note the Date

PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (BBRI) will distribute dividends to its shareholders amounting to Rp 52.10 trillion from the 2025 fiscal year net profit, equivalent to Rp 346 per share. This decision was agreed upon at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST). “The amount includes the Interim Dividend already distributed to Shareholders on 15 January 2026 amounting to Rp 20,632,254,718,348 or Rp 137 per share,” management stated in a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) on Tuesday (14/4/2026). Accordingly, the remaining cash dividend to be paid to shareholders is Rp 31,470,159,890,136 or Rp 209 per share. The dividend distribution schedule is as follows: - End of trading period for shares with dividend rights (cum dividend): - Regular and negotiated market: 20 April 2026 - Cash market: 22 April 2026 - Start of trading period for shares without dividend rights (ex dividend): - Regular and negotiated market: 21 April 2026 - Cash market: 23 April 2026 - Recording date for shareholders entitled to dividends: 22 April 2026 - Dividend payment date: 8 May 2026. The cash dividend will be distributed to Shareholders whose names are recorded in the Company’s Shareholder Register and/or the Company’s Shareholders in the Securities Sub-Account at PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) at the close of trading on 22 April 2026 (Recording Date). For shareholders whose shares are held in collective custody at KSEI, the cash dividend payment will be executed through KSEI and distributed to the Customer Funds Account (RDN) at Securities Companies and/or Custodian Banks on 8 May 2026.
