BRI to Disburse Remaining Dividend of Rp 31.47 Trillion Today

JAKARTA - PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, or BRI, is paying out the remaining cash dividend for the 2025 fiscal year to shareholders on Friday (8/5/2026). The total cash dividend distributed by BRI for the 2025 fiscal year amounts to Rp 52.1 trillion, equivalent to Rp 346 per share. Previously, the company had paid an interim dividend of Rp 20.6 trillion on 15 January 2026, valued at Rp 137 per share. BRI Corporate Secretary Dhanny stated that the dividend distribution continues to consider a balance between providing added value to shareholders and strengthening the company’s capital structure. “This dividend distribution reflects BRI’s commitment to delivering optimal and sustainable economic value to shareholders, while also reflecting the company’s strong fundamentals and sustained performance resilience amid global economic dynamics,” he said in a written statement on Friday (8/5/2026). The dividend payment follows the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) held on 10 April 2026. Investors entitled to receive the dividend are shareholders recorded in the Shareholder Register or recording date on 22 April 2026.
