BRI Set to Distribute Rp52.1 Trillion Dividend to Shareholders, Note the Date!

Jakarta – PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk has reaffirmed its commitment to providing optimal and sustainable returns to BBRI shareholders. The company has set the recording date for the 2025 fiscal year cash dividend on Wednesday, 22 April 2026. The recording date determines the investors entitled to receive the dividend.

According to the information disclosure submitted to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) on Monday (13/04), BBRI will distribute a cash dividend for the 2025 fiscal year to shareholders amounting to Rp52.1 trillion, or Rp346 per share.

This amount includes an interim dividend of Rp20.6 trillion, or Rp137 per share, which has already been paid to shareholders on 15 January 2026. Thus, the remaining cash dividend to be paid to registered shareholders is Rp31.47 trillion, or Rp209 per share.

BRI President Director Hery Gunardi stated that this cash dividend distribution decision is a tangible manifestation of the company’s commitment to providing optimal returns to shareholders, supported by solid financial performance and well-managed risk.

“The dividend distribution is based on the company’s consistently positive performance, bolstered by the strengthening of the UMKM segment as BRI’s core business, as well as the acceleration of digital transformation that continues to expand service reach and improve operational efficiency,” said Hery in Jakarta, quoted on 15 April 2026.

The dividend distribution refers to the company’s consolidated financial performance, with net profit for the fiscal year ending 31 December 2025 at Rp57.132 trillion, and total profit attributable to the parent entity’s owners at Rp56.65 trillion. The determination of this final dividend also considers applicable legal regulations and the company’s Articles of Association.
