BRI Pays Remaining Dividend of Rp31.47 Trillion to Shareholders Today
Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (stock code: BBRI) is making the payment of the remaining dividend for the 2025 fiscal year, valued at Rp31.47 trillion or Rp209 per share, to shareholders today, Friday (8/5).
Shareholders entitled to receive the dividend are those recorded in the shareholder list (recording date) on 22 April 2026.
“The dividend distribution reflects BRI’s commitment to providing optimal and sustainable economic value to shareholders, while also reflecting the company’s strong fundamentals and resilient performance amid global economic dynamics,” said BRI Corporate Secretary Dhanny in his statement in Jakarta on Friday.
Previously, the company, through the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) in April, had set a total cash dividend of Rp52.1 trillion or Rp346 per share.
The total dividend includes an interim dividend of Rp137 per share or Rp20.6 trillion, which was previously paid on 15 January 2026.
Dhanny stated that the dividend policy continues to consider a balance between providing added value to shareholders and strengthening the capital structure to support sustainable business growth.
The company conveyed that the dividend policy also reflects a balanced approach between profit distribution to shareholders and strengthening the capital structure to support future business expansion.
This approach aligns with the company’s strategy to ensure positive and sustainable growth quality.
In 2025, the company’s consolidated profit was recorded at Rp57.132 trillion, with total profit attributable to the parent entity’s owners at Rp56.65 trillion.
In the same period, the company’s total assets grew by 7.1% year-on-year (yoy) to Rp2.135 trillion.
