BRI Partners with Plataran Indonesia to Present "BRI Wellness Experience"
BRI is strengthening its commitment to delivering added value to the public through a strategic collaboration with Plataran Indonesia in organising the BRI Wellness Experience, amidst the rising trend of healthy lifestyles and wellness in Indonesia. The first and largest immersive wellness garden experience in Jakarta took place from 16-19 July 2026 at Hutan Kota by Plataran, Central Jakarta.
Present at the opening of the BRI Wellness Experience were Minister of Tourism of the Republic of Indonesia Widiyanti Putri Wardhana, BRI Director of Network and Retail Funding Aquarius Rudianto, Founder & CEO of Plataran Indonesia Yozua Makes, Editor in Chief of National Geographic Indonesia Didi Kaspi Kasim, and COO of 20FIT Group Novi Eastiyanto.
Embracing the concept of “Jakarta’s First and Largest Immersive Wellness Garden Experience”, the event presented a collaborative space integrating health, fitness, nature, entertainment, and lifestyle within a single ecosystem. Over the four-day event, the public could enjoy more than 30 premium brands as well as various wellness activities designed to encourage a healthy lifestyle while strengthening interaction between communities, business players, and the public.
The various activities on offer included a Fitness & Wellness Exhibition, Body & Mind classes such as yoga, mat pilates, meditation with Maya Hasan, pound fit, step box, PlataRox - Hybrid Hyrox, community runs through PlataRun and Plataran Junior, talkshows on nutrition, wellness and stem cells, and a wall climbing experience. The event was also enlivened by an Intimate Concert featuring Yura Yunita, Judika, and Tony Wenas, as well as the signing of a strategic agreement between National Geographic Indonesia and Plataran Indonesia.
BRI Director of Network & Retail Funding Aquarius Rudianto stated that the company’s presence at the BRI Wellness Experience is a manifestation of its commitment to remain present in the community, not only as a financial institution but also as a partner supporting the improvement of the quality of life of the Indonesian people. “We believe that physical health, mental health, and financial health are three important foundations in building a better future. When people live healthily, they will be more productive, more creative, and have a better ability to achieve prosperity,” Aquarius said in an official statement on Saturday (18/7/2026).
According to him, through the BRI Wellness Experience, BRI aims to present a collaborative space that brings together communities, business players, merchants, and the public in a positive and productive ecosystem. In addition to enjoying various sports activities, mindfulness sessions, wellness classes, and inspirational talkshows, visitors could also experience the ease of transactions through BRI’s digital payment ecosystem, ranging from BRImo, debit cards, credit cards, to QRIS BRI. BRI also offered various attractive promotions including cashback, discounts of up to 35% at certain tenants, and a prize draw with a total of Rp250 million.
“For us, this is not just about an event. Minister of Tourism Widiyanti stated that the event serves as a key driver in promoting the great potential of sports and wellness tourism in Indonesia. “Amidst the rapid penetration of artificial intelligence in daily life, people are actually longing for authentic balance in the real world. This phenomenon gives rise to trends that are contradictory yet mutually reinforcing,” said Widiyanti.
The BRI Wellness Experience was open to the public with the exhibition area operating from 09.00-21.00 WIB, while various activities started from 06.00 WIB.
