BRI Opens Job Vacancies for Fresh Graduates: Check the Details and Qualifications

According to the official BRI website, the BBAP is a recruitment and education programme designed to prepare new workers at the Associate level. For BBAP 2026, BRI is opening vacancies for several positions, namely Small Business Relationship Manager, Junior Associate Micro Banking Marketing (Mantri), Junior Associate Relationship Manager Funding and Transaction, Credit Relationship Manager, Funds and Transactions Relationship Manager, BBOP Marketing Officer, and Mantri. These job vacancies are open for placement in BRI Regional Offices spread across various areas such as Padang, Yogyakarta, Jakarta, Pekanbaru, Palembang, and Semarang. BRI sets different qualifications for each position. However, in general, for the BBAP 2026 programme, BRI provides the following applicant qualifications: “Only candidates with the best qualifications will be called to undergo the selection stages. PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk reserves the right to determine/decide on candidates who meet the qualifications and pass each selection stage, and this decision is absolute and cannot be contested,” BRI writes.
