BRI Life Demonstrates Commitment to GCG and Leadership Governance through Digital Innovation
PT Asuransi BRI Life has reported that as of July 2026, it has successfully achieved a number of national and international awards. These awards were presented in recognition of its performance in technological innovation, business growth, the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), and the maintenance of sustainable business performance.
Ade Nasution, Division Head of Corporate Secretary at BRI Life, explained that among the four awards received was ‘Top Digital Application Insurance’ at the JawaPos.com Digital Excellence Awards 2026. “This award serves as appreciation for BRI Life’s commitment and consistency in delivering digital transformation oriented towards enhancing customer experience, through seamless digital ecosystem service innovation, and strengthening the company’s competitiveness in the life insurance industry,” Ade stated in a press release on Friday, 31 July 2026.
He noted that the award recognises the commitment of all BRI Life employees to accelerating digital transformation as part of the company’s strategy to provide insurance services that are increasingly accessible, fast, and aligned with public needs.
Furthermore, BRI Life received the ‘Domestic Life Insurer of the Year’ award at the Insurance Asia Awards 2026 by Charlton Media Group in Singapore. This recognition highlights BRI Life’s success in maintaining healthy business growth, strengthening financial fundamentals, expanding protection coverage to the public, and introducing product innovations relevant to customer needs. This international award serves as tangible proof of BRI Life’s credibility as a highly competitive life insurance company with evolving service standards and increasing public trust in its life protection products and services.
Regarding governance, BRI Life also won an award at the Indonesia Excellence Good Corporate Governance Award 2026 under the category ‘Corporate Governance Ethic in Expanding Protection Access through Products and Service Innovation’ (life insurance category). This award demonstrates BRI Life’s commitment to implementing corporate governance that is transparent, accountable, responsible, independent, and based on the principle of fairness.
