BRI Life and RS Awal Bros Group Introduce New Standard in Premium Healthcare Services
Jakarta (ANTARA) - To strengthen synergy in providing the best protection and healthcare services, RS Awal Bros Group together with BRI Life Insurance has inaugurated the premium inpatient facility, The Private Suites.
This facility was launched simultaneously at ten RS Awal Bros Group hospitals spread across the Riau Islands and Riau regions, as an integration of international clinical standards with innovations in humane patient companionship services.
The grand launching ceremony took place on 8 April 2026 simultaneously at two locations: RS Awal Bros Batam (Riau Islands), attended by BRI Life Director Sutadi and the management team of RS Awal Bros Batam, as well as RS Awal Bros Riau Pekanbaru, attended by BRI Life Operational Director Andrew Bain and the management team of RS Awal Bros Riau Pekanbaru.
The synergy and collaboration within The Private Suites bring harmony between the medical excellence of RS Awal Bros, which is certified by JCI and KARS, and the ease of access to protection from BRI Life. Through this facility, customers gain priority access to various Centres of Excellence (Center of Excellence) at RSAB, ranging from the Cardiac & Vascular Center, Oncology Center, to the Neurology Center and others.
CEO of RS Awal Bros Group, Arfan Awaloeddin, emphasised that this inauguration is part of the strategy for transforming patient-centred healthcare services (Patient-Centered Care).

The synergy with BRI Life complements this facility with priority service touches, where patients are accompanied by a Personal Care Officer (PCO) to ensure all medical and administrative processes run seamlessly,” he stated.
One of the main points of this collaboration is the presence of BRI Life PCO as a One Stop Solution that is on standby directly in the The Private Suites area. This service aligns with the availability of other advanced medical facilities at RSAB, such as the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Center for accelerating the healing of chronic wounds to accurate diagnostic services through nuclear medicine.
Meanwhile, BRI Life Director Sutadi said that in The Private Suites, customers not only get access to expert medical personnel from the RS Awal Bros network, which is one of the best in Indonesia, but also experience the direct presence of BRI Life.
