The BRI KPR Solusi promotion runs until 30 June 2026 and is available nationwide. BRI Consumer Banking Director Aris Hartanto stated that the BRI KPR Solusi programme is part of the bank’s strategy to expand access to affordable property financing while adding value for customers. “BRI continues to provide adaptive and competitive financing solutions to meet public needs, including property ownership. Through BRI KPR Solusi, we aim to offer accessible financing with a trusted process, flexible tenors, and attractive interest rates, enabling people to acquire homes or property assets more easily,” he said. BRI KPR Solusi offers various interest rate schemes tailored to customer needs. For segments including Prime Customer Service (LNP), BRI’s corporate payroll partners, and BRI Group, promotional fixed and floating rates start at 2.50% fixed for one year with a minimum three-year credit term, 3.45% fixed for three years with a minimum tenor of ten years, up to 3.55% fixed for five years with a minimum fifteen-year tenor before switching to the prevailing counter rate. Additionally, a tiered interest rate scheme up to a 20-year tenor is available, providing certainty in initial loan instalments to help customers optimise cash flow management. In addition to competitive interest rates, customers can choose flexible credit terms, access auction asset information via infolelang.bri.co.id, and enjoy a straightforward and reliable financing application process. The programme is available to BRI employees and general customers seeking competitive property financing. Regarding credit costs, BRI offers processing fees starting at 0.5% of the credit limit and administrative fees from Rp500,000 or 0.1% of the credit limit. Down payments follow applicable financing regulations. Early settlement incurs a penalty of 2.5% for partial repayment and 5% for full repayment, subject to programme terms and conditions. “BRI is confident that the BRI KPR Solusi programme will serve as an attractive property financing alternative for the public while supporting the growth of the national property sector. Through this initiative, BRI continues to provide inclusive financial services and ease for the public in achieving their dream property ownership,” Aris concluded.
