BRI Insurance Strengthens Human Resource Management Amid Technological Transformation
PT BRI Asuransi Indonesia, known as BRI Insurance, is strengthening its human resource (HR) management in response to changing work patterns and technological advancements. This initiative is aimed at increasing productivity, competence, and the overall quality of the company’s services.

This strengthening of HR management received appreciation at the Stellar Workplace Award 2026, held on Tuesday (08/09/2026) at CGV Grand Indonesia, Jakarta. BRI Insurance won awards in the categories of Stellar Workplace Recognition in Employee Commitment and Stellar Workplace Recognition in Employee Satisfaction.
Issad Oktafiyanto, Head of the Human Capital Division at BRI Insurance, noted that this achievement reflects the company’s efforts to build a productive, adaptive, and sustainable working environment.
