BRI Insurance Pays Out Rp322 Million Heavy Equipment Claim in Pangkal Pinang
BRI Insurance has once again demonstrated its commitment to providing protection and fast, easy and timely claim services through the payment of a heavy equipment insurance claim worth Rp 322,083,333 to Mispandi, a customer of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk’s Pangkal Pinang branch office. The claim payment represents the realisation of protection benefits for a risk that occurred to insured heavy equipment.
The claim handover ceremony was held at the BRI Pangkal Pinang branch office and attended by Intan Ratu Kartika, relationship manager of BRI’s Pangkal Pinang branch office, and Bagas Gema Prasetyo, marketing channel relationship manager of BRI Insurance Pangkal Pinang. On the occasion, the claim payment was handed over symbolically to Mispandi as a form of BRI Insurance’s commitment to fulfilling the customer’s rights in accordance with the policy terms.
Mispandi expressed appreciation for the claim settlement process provided by BRI Insurance. According to him, the process from claim submission to payment went smoothly, providing a sense of calm after suffering a loss.
“After suffering a loss, I immediately filed a claim with BRI Insurance. The process was easy and fast, and the compensation I received matched the loss I suffered, amounting to Rp 322,083,333. This makes me increasingly aware of the importance of having insurance protection for the assets I own,” said Mispandi in a statement on Monday (20 July 2026).
Intan Ratu Kartika, relationship manager of BRI’s Pangkal Pinang branch office, said the claim payment was tangible proof of the benefits of insurance protection for customers.
