Jakarta (ANTARA) - BRI Insurance (BRINS) is committed to continuously providing a claim process that is easy, fast, and accurate in accordance with policy terms to provide protection, particularly for business owners’ assets.

“This commitment is part of the company’s efforts to provide a sense of security while strengthening public confidence in the importance of insurance protection when facing various future risks,” said the President Director of BRI Insurance, Budi Legowo, in a statement in Jakarta on Friday.

Budi added that having insurance protection is the most important factor for business actors to protect all their owned assets. Through the Property All Risks (PAR) product, BRI Insurance provides comprehensive protection against various risks that could cause loss to assets or buildings, including disaster risks guaranteed according to policy provisions.

The availability of this product serves as a protection solution for property owners and business actors to maintain business continuity when facing unexpected risks. An example of BRI Insurance’s protection and customer service for property owners is the disbursement of a Property All Risks (PAR) insurance claim worth Rp365,563,670 to Mrs Yuli, the owner of Villa Yuli Homestay in Kuta, Central Lombok. This claim was filed due to property damage caused by flooding and was processed in accordance with the applicable policy terms.

The Head of MRO BRI Insurance Mataram, Moh. Rifki Ciptariansyah, stated that this claim handover is a tangible manifestation of the company’s commitment to providing reliable protection for every customer. “This claim handover is clear evidence of BRI Insurance’s seriousness in providing the best protection and service to every customer. BRI Insurance constantly strives to provide a claim process that is fast, easy, transparent, and accurate according to policy provisions,” said Rifki.

He added that Bali and Nusa Tenggara are regions with continuously growing tourism and accommodation business activities, making risks to property assets—such as natural disasters, fire, or structural damage—a significant concern for business actors. As part of the BRI Group ecosystem, BRI Insurance also utilises business networks and synergies to expand access to insurance services for the public, including in areas with high disaster risk potential. “This synergy allows BRI Insurance to reach customers more broadly while accelerating the service process, from policy issuance to claim settlement,” concluded Rifki.
