BRI Ensures Transaction Ease During 2026 Eid Holiday Period

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia — PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, or BRI, has confirmed its readiness to maintain service availability to meet customer transaction needs during the 2026 Eid al-Fitr holiday period (1447 Hijriah).

In response to heightened activity during this period, BRI has prepared services at numerous branch offices whilst optimising various digital service channels accessible to customers at any time.

In line with the Eid holiday schedule, including joint leave determined through a Three-Minister Joint Decree (SKB), BRI continues to optimise operations at 186 branch offices to provide customer services at various strategic locations. The objective is to support diverse banking transaction requirements, both financial and non-financial, including account opening, cash withdrawal and deposit transactions, card services, e-banking facilities, and customer complaint handling.

Additionally, BRI provides specialised services for core customers, such as receipt of fuel subsidy Delivery Order (DO) settlements from petrol stations for Pertamina, and accident insurance claim account opening for Jasa Raharja. All services are designed to provide convenience, speed, and security in transactions, whether for personal or business purposes.

BRI Operations Director Hakim Putratama stated that providing operational services during the 2026 Eid holiday period is part of BRI’s commitment to supporting smooth financial transaction activities for the public, particularly amid increased mobility during the extended holiday period.

“BRI continuously strives to provide easy access to banking services for customers, both through selectively operating branch offices and through digital services such as BRImo and the BRI ATM network, available 24 hours. With these services, we hope customers’ transaction needs can be fully met,” Hakim said in a written statement released on Thursday (12 March 2026).

As part of its commitment to optimising transaction ease, customers can utilise the BRImo Super App to conduct various banking services conveniently. Additionally, BRI strengthens service access through a network of 10,650 ATMs, approximately 607,000 merchants, and more than 1.19 million BRILink Agents spread across Indonesia, enabling the public to transact safely and easily.

To complement this convenience, customers can also access information and assistance services available 24 hours. These services can be accessed through BRI’s virtual assistant “Sabrina” via WhatsApp 0812 1214 017, or Contact BRI at 1500017, as well as through the BRImo Help Centre’s toll-free service.
