BRI Dividend Paid Out, Investors Reap the Rewards

PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, or BRI, officially carried out the payment of cash dividends to shareholders for the 2025 fiscal year on Friday, 8 May 2026.

The dividend payment follows the decision of BRI’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST), which was held on 10 April 2026.

The total cash dividend distributed by BRI amounts to Rp52.1 trillion, or Rp346 per share. This figure includes an interim dividend of Rp137 per share, or Rp20.6 trillion, which was previously paid on 15 January 2026. Consequently, the remaining cash dividend paid on 8 May 2026 is Rp209 per share, valued at Rp31.47 trillion.

BRI Corporate Secretary Dhanny stated that the dividend distribution policy continues to consider a balance between providing added value to shareholders and strengthening the capital structure to support sustainable business growth.

“The dividend distribution reflects BRI’s commitment to delivering optimal and sustainable economic value to shareholders, while also reflecting the company’s strong fundamentals and resilient performance amid global economic dynamics,” said Dhanny.

BRI’s dividend policy reflects a balanced approach between profit distribution to shareholders and capital structure strengthening to support future business expansion. This approach aligns with BRI’s strategy to ensure sustainable positive growth quality. Eligible shareholders entitled to receive the dividend are those recorded in the Shareholder Register (recording date) on 22 April 2026.
