BRI distributes final dividend of Rp31.47 trillion for 2025 fiscal year
PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is set to distribute a final dividend for the 2025 fiscal year amounting to Rp31.47 trillion, or Rp209 per share, with the cum date scheduled for 20 April 2026 on the regular and negotiated markets.
Previously, at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on Friday (10 April), BRI set the total dividend at Rp52.1 trillion, or Rp346 per share. This amount includes the interim dividend of Rp20.6 trillion, or Rp137 per share, which was paid to shareholders on 15 January 2026.
BRI President Director Hery Gunardi stated in Jakarta on Wednesday that this cash dividend distribution represents the company’s tangible commitment to providing optimal returns to shareholders, supported by solid financial performance and well-managed risks.
“The dividend distribution is based on the company’s consistently positive performance, bolstered by strengthening in the UMKM segment as BRI’s core business, as well as the acceleration of digital transformation that continues to expand service reach and enhance operational efficiency,” said Hery.
The dividend distribution is based on the company’s consolidated financial performance for the fiscal year ending 31 December 2025, with a net profit of Rp57.132 trillion, and total profit attributable to owners of the parent entity amounting to Rp56.65 trillion.
The company stated that the determination of this final dividend has also considered applicable statutory regulations and the company’s Articles of Association.
Hery added that the dividend distribution not only reflects the company’s solid performance but also demonstrates BRI’s strong and sustainable business fundamentals.
“As part of Danantara, this dividend distribution also serves as BRI’s concrete contribution to supporting national development, in line with the company’s role in strengthening UMKM financing and driving an inclusive, finance-based economic transformation,” Hery concluded.
