BRI Distributes Final Dividend of Rp 31.47 Trillion for Fiscal Year 2025, Note the Dates
PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, or BRI, will distribute a final dividend for the fiscal year 2025 amounting to Rp 31.47 trillion, or Rp 209 per share, with the cum date scheduled for 20 April 2026 in the regular and negotiation markets.
BRI’s President Director, Hery Gunardi, stated that this cash dividend distribution represents the company’s concrete commitment to providing optimal returns to shareholders, supported by solid financial performance and well-managed risks.
“This dividend distribution is based on the company’s consistently positive performance, bolstered by strengthening in the UMKM segment as BRI’s core business, as well as the acceleration of digital transformation that continues to expand service reach and enhance operational efficiency,” Hery said in his statement on Wednesday, 15 April 2026.
The dividend distribution refers to the company’s consolidated financial performance with net profit for the fiscal year ending 31 December 2025 at Rp 57.132 trillion, with total profit attributable to the parent entity’s owners at Rp 56.65 trillion.
The company stated that the determination of this final dividend has also considered applicable legal regulations and the company’s Articles of Association. Hery added that the dividend distribution not only reflects the company’s solid performance but also demonstrates BRI’s strong and sustainable business fundamentals.
“As part of Danantara, this dividend distribution also serves as BRI’s tangible contribution to supporting national development, in line with the company’s role in strengthening UMKM financing and driving an inclusive financial-based economic transformation,” he said.

Previously, through the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on Friday (10/4), BRI set the total dividend at Rp 52.1 trillion, or Rp 346 per share. This amount includes the interim dividend of Rp 20.6 trillion, or Rp 137 per share, which has been paid to shareholders on 15 January 2026.
