BRI (BBRI) Distributes Rp 52.1 Trillion Dividend, Investors Receive Rp 346 per Share

JAKARTA – PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI) has set a cash dividend distribution for the 2025 fiscal year at Rp 52.10 trillion, or Rp 346 per share. The decision on BRI’s dividend distribution stems from the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 10 April 2026. In the company’s disclosure of information uploaded to the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), quoted on Tuesday (14/4/2026), it is stated that the total dividend has been finalised and will be distributed to shareholders according to the established schedule. The total dividend distributed by BRI consists of an interim dividend and a final dividend. The interim dividend was previously paid on 15 January 2026, amounting to Rp 20.63 trillion or Rp 137 per share. Meanwhile, the remaining dividend to be paid as the final dividend reaches Rp 31.47 trillion or Rp 209 per share. Thus, the value of the final dividend that investors will receive is Rp 31.47 trillion or Rp 209.00 per share. The company has set several important dates related to the dividend distribution. The last trading date for shares with dividend rights (cum dividend) on the regular and negotiated markets falls on 20 April 2026, while on the cash market it is 22 April 2026. The recording date for shareholders entitled to the dividend is 22 April 2026. “Record date of Shareholders entitled to Dividend (Recording Date) April 22, 2026,” as stated by the company.
