PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk (BRI) will hold its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 10 April 2026. The announcement of the meeting schedule was conveyed through the Indonesia Stock Exchange’s disclosure of material information on Friday, 27 February 2026.

BRI management stated that the AGMS will be conducted in accordance with the Company’s Articles of Association and Financial Services Authority regulations concerning the holding of general meetings of shareholders, including electronically via e-RUPS.

The meeting notice will be issued no later than Friday, 13 March 2026. Information about the meeting will be disseminated via the website of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia, PT Bursa Efek Indonesia, and the company’s official website.

The company is also providing shareholders representing at least one-twentieth of all voting shares, as well as holders of Class A Dwiwarna shares, with the opportunity to propose meeting agenda items. Proposals must be submitted to the board of directors no later than Friday, 6 March 2026.

BRI has encouraged shareholders unable to attend in person to grant power of attorney and cast their votes through the Electronic General Meeting System or eASY.KSEI. Powers of attorney may be granted until Thursday, 9 April 2026 at 12:00 WIB.

BRI previously disclosed its performance throughout 2025. By year-end, net profit stood at Rp 57.13 trillion, a 5.26 percent year-on-year decline.

Credit disbursement continued to grow, with BRI’s credit portfolio rising 12.31 percent year-on-year to reach Rp 1.521 trillion.

For comparison, in the 2024 financial year, BRI distributed dividends of Rp 51.73 trillion from total net profit of Rp 60.15 trillion, representing a dividend payout ratio of approximately 86 percent.

Should the dividend payout ratio for the 2025 financial year be higher, the total dividends distributed could potentially exceed Rp 49.14 trillion. The final decision on the dividend payout ratio will be determined at the AGMS in April 2026.
