Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (stock code: BBRI) through its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on Friday approved a cash dividend distribution for the 2025 fiscal year amounting to Rp52.1 trillion or Rp346.00 per share. This figure includes an interim dividend of Rp137 per share or Rp20.6 trillion, which was paid on 15 January 2026. BRI President Director Hery Gunardi stated in an official release in Jakarta on Friday that this final dividend decision represents the company’s tangible commitment to providing optimal returns to shareholders, supported by solid financial performance and well-managed risk. “This dividend distribution is based on the company’s consistently positive performance, bolstered by the strengthening of the UMKM segment as BRI’s core business, as well as the acceleration of digital transformation that continues to expand service reach and improve operational efficiency,” said Hery. The company stated that the determination of this final dividend has also taken into account applicable legal regulations and the company’s Articles of Association. Hery added that this dividend distribution not only reflects the company’s solid performance but also demonstrates BRI’s strong and sustainable business fundamentals. “As part of Danantara, this dividend distribution also serves as BRI’s tangible contribution to supporting national development, in line with the company’s role in strengthening UMKM financing and driving an inclusive, finance-based economic transformation,” Hery concluded.
