PT Pertamina (Persero) continues to strengthen its support for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) through the Pertapreneur Aggregator (PAG) programme. By March 2026, the programme has shown positive results, with partner turnover reaching Rp 5.72 billion and a progressively developing business ecosystem.

The Pertapreneur Aggregator is a strategic Pertamina programme designed to train and develop MSMEs into “business connectors” or aggregators. Through this programme, selected MSME actors are mentored not only to advance their own businesses but also to assist other small enterprises in “levelling up” by connecting them to broader market opportunities and strengthening networks and supply chains among MSMEs.

Vice President of Corporate Communication at PT Pertamina (Persero), Muhammad Baron, stated that this programme represents a concrete step by Pertamina in promoting community economic independence and is designed to help MSMEs advance comprehensively.

“Through Pertapreneur Aggregator, we aim to produce adaptive MSME leaders capable of effectively managing their business ecosystems. The programme helps them strengthen collaboration and partnerships, so that our local MSMEs have strong competitiveness in both national and global markets,” said Muhammad Baron.

This year’s PAG programme is participated in by 10 top winners selected through national curation from various sectors, such as processed foods, health products, fashion, and crafts. Participants receive mentorship to accelerate business growth through research and technology approaches.

The tangible benefit of this programme is the creation of a sustainable business ecosystem through collaboration. Participating MSMEs receive technical and managerial support, from strengthening business models and market validation to financial analysis. By becoming aggregators, the growth of one MSME will have a ripple effect on other MSMEs in its network, both in terms of increased production capacity and product quality.

One of the winners, Rendang Gadih, has recorded excellent sales, particularly during the Ramadan momentum. By March 2026, its turnover has reached Rp 5.72 billion, reflecting strong management of production partners and distribution. To expand the market, Rendang Gadih is also preparing cooperation with modern retailer Foodhall and plans for co-branding with Pertamina.

Another winner, Bali Honey, has shown positive development in improving product quality. The percentage of honey meeting quality standards has increased from 34 per cent to 70 per cent by March 2026. On the market side, Bali Honey continues to explore expansion opportunities and has recorded turnover of Rp 648.7 million.

Looking ahead, Pertamina will continue to strengthen this programme through intensive mentorship, market access expansion, and funding access simulations so that mentored MSMEs become increasingly competitive.

As a leading company in the energy transition sector, Pertamina is committed to supporting the Net Zero Emission 2060 target and promoting programmes aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These efforts are also supported by the implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles across all business and operational lines, as well as collaboration with Danantara Indonesia.
