Breaking: BRI Reports Rp 57.13 Trillion in Net Profit for 2025

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia — PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (BBRI) reported a net profit of Rp 57.13 trillion for the year 2025. This profit represents a 5.26% decrease year-on-year (yoy) from Rp 60.30 trillion in 2024.

According to the financial report published in the media, BRI’s top-line performance improved. Interest income was recorded at Rp 207.78 trillion, an increase of 4.27% yoy. Interest expense also increased slightly by 1.2% yoy to Rp 57.28 trillion. Net interest income and insurance service income increased by 5.54% yoy to Rp 151.8 trillion throughout the past year.

In terms of intermediation, BRI’s consolidated credit grew to Rp 1,521.49 trillion, an increase of 12.31% yoy at the end of 2025. BRI’s total assets were recorded at Rp 2,135.37 trillion.

In line with this, the ratio of non-performing loans (NPL) gross increased to 3.29%, and the NPL net increased to 0.96%. Meanwhile, third-party funds were recorded at Rp 1,466.84 trillion at the end of 2025, with a CASA (Current Account Savings Account) composition of 70.61%. Liquidity also tightened, with the loan to deposit ratio (LDR) at 91.96%.
