Bread Flour Issuer (BRRC) Reshuffles Board of Directors and Commissioners

PT Raja Roti Cemerlang Tbk (BRRC) has announced changes to its management structure. The changes are a follow-up to the company’s decision regarding a management restructuring, effective from the appointment on 19 June 2026.

According to information disclosed to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), BRRC has appointed Agus Sumarjito as President Commissioner, replacing Afiful Mahis. Management has also appointed Nurjihan Khairunisa as Director, replacing Dicky Chandra Hermawan.

The new composition of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners is as follows:

Independent Director: Nurjihan Khairunisa

Board of Commissioners

President Commissioner: Agus Sumarjito

Commissioner: Rosyita Rachmi Sholihah

Independent Commissioner: Leo Herlambang

For context, BRRC’s shares have experienced a correction of 45.87% throughout the year. As of 31 October 2025, Ari Sudarsono is recorded as the ultimate beneficial owner of BRRC, controlling the company directly with a 43.43% stake, or 421,936,056 shares.
