Brawl Near Railway Tracks Disrupts Jakarta-Bogor Commuter Line Services This Afternoon

Commuter Line services on the Jakarta Kota–Bogor route were disrupted this afternoon due to a brawl near the railway tracks. KAI Commuter announced via its official X account on Friday (21/8/2026) at 5.30 p.m. Western Indonesian Time that the delay was caused by a fight among residents near the railway line between Manggarai and Pasar Minggu stations, and that security officers were currently handling the situation. The operator said train services were waiting for conditions to be declared safe before proceeding, and urged passengers to follow instructions and updates from staff on the ground.
