Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Central Executive Board of the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Chamber of Commerce (BPP KAPMI) has officially forged a strategic partnership with the Nusantara Instructor Professional Certification Agency (LSP INSAN) to strengthen the competencies and professionalism of its business partners and industry stakeholders.

BPP KAPMI General Chairman Muliansyah Abdurrahman stated that enhancing competencies is key to enabling young business actors not only to survive but also to advance and partner with major industries.

“Measurable and certified competencies are the primary capital for building market trust. The partnership with LSP INSAN ensures that our members receive clear standards relevant to current industry needs,” Muliansyah said in his statement in Jakarta on Thursday.

This collaboration represents a concrete step by BPP KAPMI in preparing an ecosystem of young entrepreneurs and trainers that is ready and standardised according to national industry requirements.

Focus on Competency-Based Certification and Training

Through this partnership, BPP KAPMI and LSP INSAN will develop and implement competency certification programmes and competency-based training under nationally recognised schemes.

According to Muliansyah, the programmes are targeted at KAPMI members and business partners across various sectors, from digital creative industries and light manufacturing to logistics and professional services.

Meanwhile, Karvin Fadila, Director of LSP INSAN, added that the certification schemes will be tailored to real field needs within LSP INSAN’s scope, ensuring that the training outcomes are truly applicable when implemented by BPP KAPMI and its partner networks. The assessment process will be conducted by certified assessors in accordance with regulations from the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP).

The programme will be rolled out in stages starting from the second quarter of 2026. The initial phase targets the Jabodetabek region, aiming to reach hundreds of young business actors who play a significant role in training and creating their business ecosystems, before expanding to KAPMI networks at regional and local levels nationwide.

In addition to certification, the partnership includes alignment in developing training materials, pre-assessment mentoring, and facilitating the recruitment of competent personnel for industry partners within the BPP KAPMI network.

The Central Executive Board of the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Chamber of Commerce (BPP KAPMI) is an organisation that accommodates and develops the capacities of young entrepreneurs in Indonesia. KAPMI actively builds business networks, market access, and capacity-building programmes for its members throughout Indonesia.
