BPKP Receives Award for High Achievement in TLRHP Resolution Rate
Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) received an award for its high achievement in the resolution rate of Follow-up Actions on Audit Recommendations (TLRHP) for Semester II of 2025 in the category of ministries/agencies with budgets exceeding Rp1 trillion, attaining a value of 98.4 percent. In a statement received in Jakarta on Wednesday, Member III of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) Leadership, Akhsanul Khaq, when presenting the award to the Chief Secretary of BPKP, Raden Mas Aris Santosa, said that this achievement reflects compliance, commitment, and consistency in following up on audit results in a timely and quality manner. On that occasion, an agenda titled “Seminar on Enhancing Reporting Capacity and Strengthening Internal Oversight Functions to Realise Quality and Value-Added Financial and Performance Reports for Ministries/Agencies” was also held. This agenda was organised as a form of appreciation for BPKP’s performance in optimally resolving follow-up actions on audit results. In the seminar session, Deputy for Government Institution Oversight in the Economy, Infrastructure, and Regional Development Sector (PIPK) of BPKP, Aryanto Wibowo, delivered material on strategies for improving the quality of reviews in preparing financial and performance reports for ministries/agencies. Aryanto emphasised the importance of identifying root problems as the initial step for improving financial reports. “If the root problems are known, improvements must be focused on perfecting business processes up to the final stage so that recurring findings do not happen again,” he said. Furthermore, he explained that enhancing the quality of government financial and performance reporting requires strengthening at strategic and technical levels, including the optimisation of three lines of control. Starting from activity implementers or financial managers/budget users, report preparers, and Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP). In addition, strategies for improving quality also include perfecting the information systems used in financial management and performance reporting to make them more reliable, integrated, and accountable. Through consistent and sustainable efforts, it is hoped that the quality of financial and performance reports for ministries/agencies will improve further and be able to present more accurate, relevant, and valuable information in supporting decision-making. “This also strengthens transparent, accountable, and results-oriented government governance,” he said.
