The Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) has achieved an Unqualified Opinion (WTP) for the 18th consecutive time from the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK). The opinion was awarded following an audit of the BPKP’s 2025 Financial Report and the 2025 Financial Report for the Asian Development Bank (ADB) State Accountability Revitalization Additional Financing (STAR AF) loan. It was received directly by BPKP Head Muhammad Yusuf Ateh from BPK Member III and Head of State Financial Audit III, Akhsanul Khaq, in Jakarta on Monday. “I would like to thank all colleagues who have worked hard all this time, and we will continue to improve,” said BPKP Head Muhammad Yusuf Ateh. In addition to granting the WTP opinion, the BPK also presented an award for BPKP’s commitment to resolving audit follow-up actions, with a completion rate reaching 98.38 percent. This achievement places BPKP as the institution with the best completion rate for Audit Recommendation Follow-Up Actions within the Directorate General of State Financial Audit (DJPKN) III, and it is hoped this will motivate other ministries and institutions whose completion rates remain below the national average. Responding to these achievements, Ateh also supported the BPK’s call for collaboration and synergy in improving the accountability of state financial management and responsibility. “I firmly believe that we cannot fix the affairs of this country alone; collaboration is essential,” Ateh stated. BPK Member III Akhsanul Khaq also expressed high appreciation for BPKP’s continuously improving financial governance. “The BPK notes a significant decrease in the number of audit findings compared to previous years,” he said.
