BPKH Assets Surge to 238.9 Trillion Rupiah
Jakarta — The Indonesian Hajj Fund Management Agency (BPKH) reported total assets reaching 239.0 trillion rupiah at the end of 2025, an increase from 221.05 trillion rupiah in the previous year. The growth is viewed as demonstrating robust and sustainable management of national hajj funds amid global economic volatility.
BPKH Executive Head Fadlul Imansyah stated that the asset growth reflects ongoing professional, transparent, and sustainability-oriented management of hajj funds that benefits pilgrims.
“The growth in BPKH consolidated assets during 2025 demonstrates that hajj fund management continues to operate healthily and sustainably. We are committed to honouring the pilgrims’ trust through prudent, transparent management and ensuring that hajj funds deliver optimal benefits for Indonesian hajj pilgrims,” Fadlul stated in Jakarta on Thursday, 12 March 2026.
The asset increase was supported by strengthened investment portfolio performance and placement of pilgrim funds across various safe and productive Sharia-compliant instruments. By the end of 2025, investment assets and pilgrim fund placements totalled 169.31 trillion rupiah, rising from 160.54 trillion rupiah in 2024.
Furthermore, BPKH recorded net benefit income from the Hajj Pilgrimage Implementation Fund (PIH) of 11.48 trillion rupiah throughout 2025, up from 11.24 trillion rupiah in the previous year. This benefit value represents an important revenue source supporting the ongoing financing of hajj pilgrimage services for Indonesian pilgrims.
