TEMPO Interactive, Jakarta:Hasan Bisri, the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) deputy-chairman, said that he has no problem if the Finance Ministry or state investment agency PT Pusat Investasi Pemerintah (PIP) plan to bring the dispute over the Newmont Nusa Tenggara share purchase to the Constitutional Court.

Hasan believes that the step taken by the Finance Ministry, which turned the divestment issue into an inter-agency dispute, will not have any effect on the BPK’s audit results. “They can go to the MK [Constitutional Court]. However, we are also entitled to have our own opinion,” Hasan told TEMPO on Friday last week at his office.
