BPK Member Bobby Rizaldi Questioned by KPK, States 'Everything Has Been Conveyed'

Member V of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) Bobby Adhityo Rizaldi stated that he had conveyed all information to investigators of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) following his examination. Bobby was examined as a witness in connection with the alleged bribery case involving the conditioning of BPK audit results in Muara Enim Regency, South Sumatra. “Everything has been conveyed to the investigators,” Bobby said after spending from 09.55 WIB to 19.13 WIB at the KPK’s Red and White Building in Jakarta on Thursday. The former member of the House of Representatives (DPR RI) expressed his support for the KPK’s investigation. “We fully support this process and hope it concludes quickly,” he stated. When asked about his relationship with suspect Augusz Dewanggara, Bobby declined to answer and continued walking towards his car parked on the street in front of the KPK building. Previously, the KPK conducted a sting operation on 7-8 June 2026, arresting 10 individuals, five in Jakarta and five in South Sumatra. Among those detained was Muara Enim Regent Edison. On 9 June 2026, the KPK named four suspects in the alleged bribery case related to the procurement of goods and services and other receipts within the Muara Enim Regency Government for the 2025–2026 Fiscal Year. The suspects are Edison, Secretary of the Muara Enim Education and Culture Office Abi Nurwardani, marketing employee of PT Millenium Solusi Abadi Cory Erin Hardi, and Adi Triyadi, who is Edison’s nephew. The KPK then conducted a follow-up operation on 10 June 2026, arresting five BPK civil servants. On 11 June 2026, the KPK named five suspects in the case of alleged bribery to condition the BPK’s audit findings on the Muara Enim Regency Government for the 2025 Fiscal Year. The suspects are Edison, Cory Erin Hardi, Director of PT Millenium Solusi Abadi Fika Nur Alawi, private party Augusz Dewanggara who allegedly once served as an expert staff member for Bobby Adhityo Rizaldi, and BPK civil servant Titin Rita Lestari, who previously served as Head of the BPK Audit Team for the South Sumatra Representative Office. The KPK searched Bobby Adhityo Rizaldi’s residence on 13-14 July 2026 and seized a number of electronic items as evidence.
