A member of Division V of the Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK), Bobby Adhityo Rizaldi, attended a summons by investigators from the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) today, Monday (28/9).

Bobby is being questioned as a witness to complete the case files regarding the suspects including the Regent of Muara Enim for the 2025-2030 period, Edison, and others. This follows a rescheduling after he was unable to attend the previous summons on Friday (25/9).

“It is true that the BPK witness attended the rescheduled examination during the investigation of alleged corruption involving bribery related to BPK audits in the Muara Enim Regency Government,” stated KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo in a written statement on Monday (28/9).

Budi explained that Bobby arrived at the KPK’s Merah Putih Building at 09:57 WIB and is currently undergoing questioning by investigators. This marks the second time Bobby has been summoned as a witness.

During the first examination on Thursday (16/7), the KPK delved into Bobby’s involvement regarding the alleged manipulation of audits in the Muara Enim Regency, South Sumatra Province. The investigation also aims to strengthen evidence previously obtained by investigators, including the seizure of electronic evidence from Bobby’s residence in Cipete, South Jakarta. Investigators are also examining his relationship with suspect Augusz Dewanggara, also known as Angga.

As the investigation progresses, the KPK has also conducted searches at the BPK South Sumatra office. Seized evidence includes audit working papers and documents showing changes from a Qualified Opinion (WDP) to an Unqualified Opinion (WTP), specifically for the Muara Enim Regency Government. Other seized items include documents related to attempts to alter findings following the KPK’s sting operation, as well as indications of alleged intervention from the BPK Central office to manipulate audit results.

The KPK has already processed five individuals as suspects and placed them in detention. Three individuals are alleged to be the bribe givers: the Regent of Muara Enim for the 2025-2030 period, Edison, and representatives from PT Millenium Solusi Abadi (MSA), namely Cory Erin Hardi and Fika. Two others are alleged to be the bribe recipients: a BPK civil servant and technical controller named Titin Rita Lestari, and Angga, representing the private sector.
