BPK Conducts Financial Report Examination of Ministry of Transmigration
Jakarta — The State Audit Board (BPK) is conducting an examination of the Financial Report (LK) of the Ministry of Transmigration (Kementrans) for the 2025 Fiscal Year (TA).
“This activity is part of BPK’s constitutional duty in providing an opinion on the fairness of the financial reports of ministries and institutions,” said BPK Member III Akhsanul Khaq to the Minister of Transmigration Muhammad Iftitah Sulaiman Suryanagara, according to an official statement in Jakarta on Tuesday.
Furthermore, he explained that the examination of the Kementrans financial report aims to provide an opinion by considering conformity with Government Accounting Standards (SAP), adequacy of disclosures, compliance with laws and regulations, and the effectiveness of the Internal Control System (SPI).
The scope of the examination covers balance sheet accounts as of 31 December 2025, the budget realisation report, operational report, report of changes in equity, and notes to the financial statements.
Therefore, he said, BPK expects full support from the leadership and staff of the Ministry of Transmigration, particularly in providing the necessary data and information, so that the examination process runs smoothly and on time.
“BPK also reaffirms its commitment to continue synergising as a strategic partner of the ministry in improving state financial governance and the quality of public service,” said Akhsanul.
This examination also aims to assess the effectiveness of transmigration programme planning in supporting national food security, with the scope of examination covering regulatory aspects, institutional governance aspects, and information system aspects.
