BPJS Kesehatan Tondano appreciates participants accessing JKN programme
BPJS Kesehatan Tondano Branch, North Sulawesi, is showing appreciation to participants who access the National Health Insurance (JKN) programme through engagement and loyalty management.
“As a tangible manifestation of this effort, BPJS Kesehatan Tondano Branch is carrying out an Appreciation Day Gift for participants who access services at the branch office,” said Head of BPJS Kesehatan Tondano Branch, Daryono, in Tondano on Sunday.
One of the participants who received the appreciation was James Tombokan, with the award given for his participation and trust in utilising the JKN Programme services.
“Engagement with participants is an important part of building a strong relationship between BPJS Kesehatan and the public,” said Daryono.
According to him, good service is not only realised through ease and speed of service, but also through attention and appreciation for participants.
He added that engagement and participant loyalty management needs to be carried out continuously through communication, education, provision of information, as well as appreciation for participants who interact with BPJS Kesehatan.
“Every interaction with participants is an opportunity for us to receive input while providing a positive service experience. The hope is that participants’ trust in the JKN Programme can grow stronger,” he added.
Meanwhile, James Tombokan, one of the JKN programme participants, said that receiving the appreciation was a pleasant experience and demonstrated BPJS Kesehatan’s attention to participants.
Through the Appreciation Day Gift activity, BPJS Kesehatan Tondano Branch hopes to strengthen relationships with participants while creating a positive service experience.
This activity is also part of BPJS Kesehatan’s commitment to building sustainable participant engagement and loyalty.
“With an increasingly strong relationship between participants and BPJS Kesehatan, it is hoped that public trust in the JKN Programme will continue to increase and encourage the creation of services that are increasingly high-quality, friendly, and oriented towards participants’ needs,” said Daryono.
