Semarang (ANTARA) - BPJS Kesehatan Pati Branch conducted a socialisation activity regarding the National Health Insurance (JKN) Programme for 536 TNI members within the TP 936 Satria Jaya Kusuma Infantry Battalion in Pati, Central Java, on Wednesday.
The event was attended by the Deputy Commander of the TP 936 Satria Jaya Kusuma Infantry Battalion, Captain Infantry Ari Surahman and his staff, alongside the Head of BPJS Kesehatan Pati Branch, Nuzuludin Hasan and his team.
This socialisation effort is part of BPJS Kesehatan’s initiative to improve TNI soldiers’ understanding of their rights and benefits under the JKN Programme, including the utilisation of digital services through the Mobile JKN application.
Captain Infantry Ari Surahman expressed his appreciation for the presence of BPJS Kesehatan Pati in providing this information to the troops. He noted that the activity is vital for increasing soldiers’ awareness regarding health protection for themselves and their families.
“As soldiers, in addition to our primary duties in national defence and security, we must also be prepared to maintain the resilience of ourselves and our families, including facing various social and health risks,” said Ari Surahman.
He stated that one fundamental form of protection is through participation in the National Health Insurance Programme organised by BPJS Kesehatan.
